May your life be a continuous thanksgiving to the Lord
“May your life be a continuous thanksgiving to the Lord”. I am impressed by these words of our founder venerable Fr. Gregory, I gladly lift my heart to the Most High God, who called me out of my nothingness and loved me with an everlasting love.
21st August 2022 is an ever memorable day in my life, the day that touched my heart with deep joy and gratitude, which cannot explained in words and deeds. With all that I have and all that I am going to posses, I have said “YES” forever to the Lord by putting my confidence in the ever flowing grace of my Divine Master. As our beloved Fr. Gregory says “Marvelous are the ways of the Lord and no one has the right to ask why in this way and not otherwise.” So I have decided that marvelous works of the Lord in my life, which strike my heart and mind to be thankful to Him mow and always.
He who is rich and generous in His steadfast love had stretched out His hand to embrace me as His spouse and to empower me as His witness to stand before the world and to share His love and mercy with all the people around me. The simple words of thanks will never be enough to give expression for my gratitude to the Lord God who filled my heart with an overflowing joy. My heart continuously and melodiously sings the hymns of thanksgiving to the Lord.
I am very glad to express my deep gratitude to my religious family of the Franciscan Missionary Sisters of the Sacred Heart, a loving family which resembles fraternal Holy Family here on earth. It is a great privilege for me to be a member of this Family forever.
I am in debited to express my gratitude to my Mother General Most Rev. Sr. Paola Dotto and her councillors and my provincial superior Rev. Sr. Mini Joseph and her councillors for granting my request and for accepting me as a member of the congregation to serve the Lord and His Holy Church. All the people who participated in the celebration have raised their hearts to God on my behalf to thank Him and prayed for my bright future.
During the Eucharistic celebration while delivering the Homily Monsignor Rev. Fr. Gabriel Mesapam exhorted that God calls us from our nothingness for a deeper immersion to Him and to be sent. He Himself remove our unworthiness, purify us and strengthen us for His use. The relation between Him and we are said in the Holy Gospel in a simple way like the true wine and the branches. Unless having a close relation with Him we are not at all able to do anything. Religious are the ordinary people surrendered themselves forever to the Lord through the vows and establish an internal relationship with Him. In this challenging world to be faithful to this life.
I am really very grateful to all who are one or another way helped me to reach this stage of my life. Trusting in God’s infinite goodness I place my hands in His Hands and joyously walk along with Him.
With heart full of joy I Thank each and everyone.
