This is one of the many writings on the walls of the city of Hatay, a city hit by the earthquake on February 6 this year in Turkey and Syria. An earthquake with a magnitude of 7.8 degrees, followed by dozens of aftershocks that left an invaluable number of victims and injured.

Friday, April 7, 2023, at Saint Mary’s School in Limassol, a charity bazaar was organized for the poor and earthquake victims of Syria. Lent is a propitious time to raise awareness, both large and small, especially with regard to the most suffering that this year were the earthquake victims, our neighbours.
